What if I don't know my MVHR model?

Use the "Find my filter" form and send a photo of your unit. A photo of the front panel, label, or existing filter usually gives us enough to identify the right replacement. If we can't tell from one photo, we'll ask for another — no charge, no obligation.

What's the difference between standard and Pollen Shield filters?

Standard G4 filters capture coarse particles — dust, hair, lint, larger pollen. They're the manufacturer-equivalent for most units. Pollen Shield filters (included in Priority Care) offer finer filtration where compatible with your unit, capturing smaller pollen, mould spores, and fine dust. We verify compatibility before supplying.

Are upgraded filters suitable for every MVHR unit?

No. Higher-grade filters can increase airflow resistance, which some units aren't designed for. We check compatibility per unit model and only supply upgraded filters where they work properly with your system.

Can I cancel my subscription?
